August 15 is celebrated as the national relaxation day. The people who celebrates this day, used to be relaxed for a full day. No phones, no messages, no contacts. The purpose of this celebration is about to remind the whole world about the importance of relaxation, to avoid stress building up.
They says that a person experiencing continual stress is more likely to smoke cigarettes, consume more than a casual amount of alcohol, overeat, or commit suicide. Stress also can be a significant factor in the development of heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, and have negative impact on the immune system.
